About the role
Your Role Support the Manager in preparing reports, managing documentation, and attending coordination meetings. Lead a team of Design Coordinator, Architecture in managing and coordinating architectural works in accordance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards. The Requirements Degree in Architecture with minimum 8 years' relevant experience at managerial level with a main construction firm Knowledge of local submission and authority processes (e.g., URA, BCA, or local equivalents). Be meticulous, highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills Ability to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates will be added advantage
