About the role

As Vet Director - ECC, you'll be the clinical cornerstone of our emergency service. About You You're an ECC veterinarian who: Holds a veterinary degree eligible for registration in New South Wales Has 5+ years' experience in a 24/7 emergency or specialty setting Is clinically assured and trusted by colleagues Gains real satisfaction from teaching, mentoring, and supporting others Leads with self-awareness, consistency, and clear communication Is ready to step into senior clinical leadership without stepping away from clinical work
