- Conduct or review power system modeling and analysis to support interconnection studies and performance validation.

About This Position As part of Intersect's Engineering team, you'll lead the electrical design and technical oversight of utility-scale PV power plants that power communities and accelerate the clean energy transition. Your expertise in medium-voltage infrastructure, inverter integration, and system performance will directly shape the reliability, safety, and long-term value of our growing portfolio. Planned to start in mid-Q1, this role includes a four-week onboarding and training period, with full productivity expected by mid-Q2. You'll collaborate closely with Development, Project Finance, EPC partners, and Operations to ensure our projects are engineered to the highest standards - from early-stage design through construction and commissioning. Your work will strengthen Intersect's position as a leading independent power producer by delivering technically sound, code-compliant, and high-performing solar infrastructure at scale.
