- Provide regular progress updates and escalate risks or blockers as needed.
- Governance and Reporting
- Ensure all data updates align with established data governance frameworks and organisational standards.
- Support reporting and basic analysis efforts by preparing clean, reliable datasets for downstream use.
- Produce clear, structured documentation of processes, methodologies, and project outputs.
- Participate actively in team discussions, sharing insights and contributing to data quality improvement initiatives.
- Required Experience:
- 2-3 years' experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, certification, and relevant experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (e.g. data manipulation, functions, basic analysis); experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred.
- Experience with data research techniques and professional networking platforms (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong research, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
