This position requires regular travel throughout a defined Oregon territory, including travel within approximately a 50‑mile radius of Portland, OR. Description & Requirements CLEAResult is seeking an experienced Account Manager to support commercial, multi‑family, and residential energy efficiency and EV charging programs across Oregon. This role is responsible for building strong market relationships, driving participant engagement, and supporting the successful delivery of energy savings and infrastructure projects. The Account Manager serves as a trusted, consultative partner to customers, contractors, and program stakeholders while collaborating closely with internal program and engineering teams. Job Responsibilities Act as the local program and company representative to customers, contractors, and program partners Develop, manage, and grow new and existing commercial, multi‑family, and residential accounts Identify, recruit, and convert warm leads into active program participants Provide technical guidance, training, and troubleshooting aligned with program requirements Communicate program guidelines, incentives, rebates, and technical specifications clearly and accurately Verify installations and ensure required documentation is complete and compliant Track, document, and report all customer, contractor, and stakeholder interactions in CRM systems Education / Experience / Skills Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant industry experience may substitute 2-7 years of experience in account management, sales, or program delivery Experience with energy efficiency, EV charging, utilities, or construction programs preferred Strong relationship‑building and client management skills Ability to communicate technical, policy, and sustainability concepts effectively Excellent organizational, written, verbal, and presentation skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM or cloud‑based tools Physical Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout a defined Oregon territory Ability to sit or drive for extended periods (up to 4 hours per day) Comfort performing site visits, including navigating active job sites Ability to climb ladders indoors and outdoors Ability to lift, move, or maneuver objects weighing up to 50 pounds Target Compensation $70,000-$72,000 annually , commensurate with experience This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment. DOT Requirements If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations. Compensation Range Currency Type Salary Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
