Wellness Partner | BlueCare | Springwood Aged Care Facility Employment Term: Permanent Part Time Location: Springwood Aged Care Facility Remuneration: $39.21 p/hr + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances Your part in our BlueCare team Under the leadership of the Wellness Lead, the Wellness Partner delivers engaging, inclusive and person ‑ centred wellness activities that support residents' physical, emotional, social and cognitive wellbeing. The role works directly with residents to understand their individual interests, cultural backgrounds and abilities, enabling meaningful participation that promotes independence, choice, dignity and quality of life in alignment with organisational expectations and the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards. In this role, you will: Facilitate inclusive group and 1:1 wellness activities that support residents' physical, emotional, social and cognitive wellbeing Build respectful relationships with residents, encouraging independence, dignity, choice and participation through meaningful engagement, companionship and emotional support Collaborate with care staff, clinical teams, families, volunteers, the Wellness Lead and Home Services Lead to ensure programs align with resident needs Guide, support and engage Volunteers so they feel confident, informed and able to contribute effectively to resident wellbeing Seek resident and family input to improve programs, contribute ideas in meetings, and help embed HELF Services into everyday home operations Complete lifestyle assessments (with supervision), maintain accurate records, and observe and report changes in resident wellbeing in line with escalation processes Prepare, organise and maintain activity spaces, materials and equipment to ensure safe, welcoming and hazard ‑ free environments Follow organisational policies (manual handling, WHS, IPC, emergency procedures) and contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback and observations What makes a difference for us?
