Responsibilities
- Provide legal and commercial support on a broad range of corporate and business matters across the organisation.

- Exposure to corporate, commercial, M&A, compliance or related legal matters.
- Strong drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in the maritime, shipping or related industries will be advantageous, but is not essential.
