About the role
Sr Service Account Manager is a driven and innovative leader that will drive to grow service contract business. Sr Service Account Manager also is responsible for creating annual operating plan with APAC business partners and build service business strategy to achieve operating plan. Also responsible for forecasting management for overall service business. Reporting to the Service Sales Director and influence other service managers. In this capacity, he/she will also proactively partner with the commercial team to growth install base(IB) and to contribute to total company growth.

- Evaluate and implement new strategies for to drive Service business growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and above
- Knowledge of Waters' product suite (LC, LC/MS, HPLC/UPLC, HRMS, SFC & Informatics)
- Minimum of 5 years prior management experience
- Strong English language skills (spoken and written)
