Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred.
- Preferred Certifications: PMP, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
- 8+ years of experience in operations, project management, or supply chain leadership roles preferred.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects including budget, timeline, and risk management.
- Experience with facility design, warehouse layout, and capital financial management preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design tools preferred.
- Travel Expectations: Up to 50% to support site assessments, project execution, and go-live activities.
- Anticipated salary range: $105,100 - 150,100
