About the role
Job Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and supervise ACMV installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance works. Manage project schedules, manpower allocation, and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion. Review technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Familiarity with ACMV systems, including chilled water systems, VRV/VRF systems, ventilation systems, and ductwork. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Knowledge of Singapore building codes, BCA requirements, and WSH regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management software. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Possess a Class 3 driving licence (preferred). Experience in commercial, industrial, or residential ACMV projects is an advantage.
