M&A Analyst / Senior Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical M&A Analyst / Senior Analyst to support our deal-making activities across the entire transactional lifecycle. This is a heavily quantitative role designed for someone who thrives on financial complexity.

Responsibilities

• Source and Analyze New Investment Opportunities
• Identify and research potential acquisition targets within the entertainment sector
• Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analyses to assess deal synergies and financial viability
• Evaluate financial, strategic, and operational risks associated with target companies
• Prepare detailed investment memorandums and deal-related documentation
• Support Deal Execution
• Assist in due diligence processes, including financial, legal, and operational analysis
• Develop and present investment theses to internal stakeholders and senior leadership
• Support negotiations around deal structure, valuation, and financing
• Manage deal processes and timelines to ensure smooth execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (preferred) or Business, Economics or Finance (engineering degree plus additional academic background in Business or Finance is a strong plus)
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, top-tier management consulting, corporate development, M&A or strategy roles
• Solid experience in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and quantitative analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex data and ambiguity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with exposure to senior stakeholders
• A strong work ethic and ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
• Genuine interest in M&A and motivation to grow within a transaction-driven role
