We are looking for an ambitious and motivated candidate for the role of MICE Team Manager (12 Months FTC) for our ever growing Perk Events team. In this role, you will manage a team of MICE Specialists. You'll play a key role for us by focusing on the constant skill development of the team and helping them achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Be the leader of MICE Specialists and engage the members of your team:
  • Manage a team of 6-8 Senior MICE specialists
  • Conduct weekly 121s with the team to ensure continued success in target achievement
  • Setup monthly development objectives for the sales team - develop specific training sessions based on needs.
  • Coach & mentor a world-class Sales team: onboard and train new salespeople; have a strong focus on constant skill development of the MICE team.
  • Have an in-depth and detailed understanding of Perk products to provide mentorship for your MICE team confidently.
  • Act as the escalation point for your team
  • Strategic Initiatives & Operational Change: Identify and translate strategic insights into operational improvements, shaping these into clear initiatives to drive change and ensuring they are successfully "landed" and adopted across the MICE team.
  • Performance Analysis & Leadership Reporting: Oversee sales results reporting and deep-dive performance analysis, sharing key insights with leadership and maintaining a proactive handle on the critical commercial levers needed to drive results and hit growth targets.
  • Change Management: Act as a champion for change in the team, supporting the wider MICE team through organizational and process transitions by providing clear context, addressing concerns, and ensuring the consistent adoption of new ways of working.
  • Collaborating with Builders: Lead collaboration with Events Builders to ensure we deliver a coordinated, platform-led proposition - providing high-quality feedback from the front line to help shape the automation tools your team uses every day.
