In House Greeter

Responsibilities

• Greet all Guest checking into the Hotel Lobby with an Energetic and Welcoming Smile
• Direct them to where they need to check in and able to answer any questions about the Resort
• Assist other sales departments as needed.
• Must a Bubbly personality and possess excellent customer service skills and have the ability to work well with others. Must be computer literate.
• EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• LANGUAGE SKILLS
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
