Responsibilities
- Process Optimization & Production Support: Monitor daily production operations, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, yield, and throughput.

- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze production data (OEE, yield, scrap rate), generate daily/weekly performance reports, and present actionable insights to management.
- Training & Documentation: Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WI); train production operators and technicians.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Production/Process/Manufacturing Engineer in a high-volume manufacturing environment. (Chemical industry preferred) .
- Language Skills: Native proficiency in Korean and professional working proficiency in English.
- Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, SPC (Statistical Process Control), and ERP systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar engineering software is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Experience working in a multinational corporation (MNC) or global manufacturing setup.
