About the role
AngelList is hiring a Head of Anti-Money Laundering to join our Compliance team in New York or San Francisco (hybrid). This role sits at the intersection of fintech innovation and regulatory integrity. You'll own the AML program and compliance relationship with our banking partners end-to-end, keeping our partner network healthy and our programs exam-ready as we scale. Day-to-day, you'll serve as the go-to compliance contact for the banks we work with, building real trust with our counterparts. Internally, you'll work closely with our KYC/TM Ops, Product, and Engineering teams optimizing process and systems. You'll also be a core contributor to the compliance buildout for Nova, meaning your fingerprints will be on something new, not just something inherited.
