You are an acknowledged expert in at least one technical or scientific area. You have the ability to drive and initiate research work independently. You can translate deep specialist knowledge into innovative solutions with customer value. You are comfortable working across organizational boundaries and collaborating with relevant stakeholders. You have strong ability to connect your own expertise with related areas and disciplines. You continuously maintain and broaden your knowledge to support development within your field.
