- This is a fully on-site role utilizing a bi-weekly shift rotation, alternating between morning (6:00am to 2:00pm) and evening (2:00pm to 10:00pm) schedules.

- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to operate as an independent thinker to resolve operational challenges.
- Proficient in following production and process specifications and maintaining accurate operating records.
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent; a technical certificate or vocational training in a related field is highly preferred.
