We're building a kitchen focused on fresh, seasonal cooking without the pretension - modern british food made with care, good technique and great ingredients. Menus change regularly, produce is sourced thoughtfully, and the aim is to cook simple food exceptionally well. We're now looking for a talented Sous Chef to join the team and help shape the next stage of the kitchen. This role would suit either an experienced Sous Chef or an ambitious Junior Sous ready to step up into their first senior role. What matters most is strong fundamentals, consistency, professionalism, and genuine passion for cooking.
