Associate Director Vendor Management is accountable for deployment of the Sandoz strategic third party/ supplier strategy in close collaboration with Director Vendor Management Clinical Operations. - Accountable for management and operations of all global strategic suppliers - Accountable for supplier selection, qualification, developing supplier management policies, contract management, third party risk management, governance & oversight, transitions, outsourcing related budget management, planning supplier audits, and relationship management. Job Description Your Key Responsibilities: Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: Management and oversight of third-party suppliers supporting Sandoz clinical development globally and cross-divisionally. Responsible for oversight, governance, operational, and financial performance of global supplier(s). Support transition of global activities from high cost to low-cost countries and suppliers in alignment with the overall objectives and long-term goals of the organization. Collaborate with all Sandoz clinical development functions to ensure adequate governance and oversight of all outsourced businesses. Represent, Director Vendor Management Clinical Operations on all operational issues related to outsourcing. Represent Sandoz clinical development in global cross-functional and cross-divisional business forums. Support and contribute to talent and career development of Sandoz patient safety India staff. Drive and manage change / adjustment of organizational structure and processes Deputize for Director Vendor Management Clinical Operations in key global leadership forums representing internal and external forums including senior leadership meetings at Sandoz What you'll bring to the role: Essential Requirements: ≥ Eight years of pharmaceutical industry clinical experience in Development and Clinical Operations. Focus in international CRO environment and oversight ≥ Five years people management and development experience required. Global people management experience is desirable.
