At ING we are looking for Growth Customer Journey Expert (Transactional customers at Daily Banking) - temporary Your role and work environment: We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Customer Journey Expert to join our Growth and New Segments area of Payments and Daily Banking Tribe Your key responsibilities: As customer journey expert you will own the end‑to‑end acquisition journeys for Cuenta Nómina and Cuenta NoCuenta, driving commercial growth while continuously improving the customer experience. Own and deliver commercial targets through the design, execution, and monitoring of acquisition campaigns. Drive acquisition initiatives across all sales channels, maximizing conversion and impact. Represent the voice of the customer and continuously improve onboarding and daily banking journeys. Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, working closely with tech, data, and compliance teams. Apply strong analytical skills to track performance, generate insights, and support strategic decision‑making. Monitor market and competitor trends to identify growth opportunities. Support the launch and evolution of the Daily Banking value proposition without impacting sales performance. Monitor market trends and competitor strategies in customer acquisition to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the industry What are we looking for? Want to know if this job is made for you?
