Represent the voice of the customer and continuously improve onboarding and daily banking journeys. Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, working closely with tech, data, and compliance teams. Apply strong analytical skills to track performance, generate insights, and support strategic decision‑making. Monitor market and competitor trends to identify growth opportunities. Support the launch and evolution of the Daily Banking value proposition without impacting sales performance.
