Job Description Summary: We are establishing a new Greenfield manufacturing facility in Tlaxcala, Mexico, which will serve as a flagship site within our network. As part of this initiative, we are seeking a Packaging Specialist who will play a critical role in ensuring the development, quality, and performance of packaging materials used in the operation. The Packaging Specialist will ensure that packaging solutions are aligned with business needs, operational performance, and quality standards, while supporting sustainability and continuous improvement objectives. This role serves as a key integrator between suppliers, engineering, quality, and operations, translating technical and operational requirements into optimized packaging specifications that enable safe, efficient, and scalable manufacturing processes.
