Requirements

  • Active physical therapy (PT) license in good standing
  • BLS CPR certification
  • Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
  • Comfort with basic tech; email, texting, tablets, EMR systems (training provided)

Benefits

This position is paid on a per-visit basis. The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $65 - $80 per visit. Other visit types are compensated at different rates.
