We are seeking a Quality Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will help support our mission by ensuring high-quality execution of daily responsibilities, maintaining accuracy, and contributing to a collaborative environment focused on patient care and continuous improvement. The Basics Location: Chandler, AZ - Onsite Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM Compensation: $65,000 How You'll Make an Impact Initiate, manage, and close deviations, investigations, and CAPAs within Qualityze. Ensure timely triage, risk assessment, and containment of quality events. Facilitate root cause analysis and define effective CAPAs with Operations. Track CAPA effectiveness and recurring failure modes. Support internal audits and inspection readiness activities. Prepare investigation and CAPA trend inputs for site and enterprise reviews.
