The successful candidate will design and facilitate restorative practice programmes, engage parents and teachers, and support students in developing positive relationships, self-regulation skills, and conflict resolution strategies. 🎯 Key Responsibilities 👩🏫 Student Engagement Design and deliver restorative practice programmes for Primary 4 and Primary 5 students. Facilitate classroom-based sessions focused on: Positive peer relationships Empathy development Emotional regulation Conflict resolution Monitor student participation and progress. 👨👩👧 Parent Engagement Meet and engage parents regarding student development and behavioural concerns. Provide recommendations and strategies to support social-emotional growth at home. Facilitate restorative conversations involving students, parents, and school stakeholders when required. 👨🏫 Teacher Collaboration Work closely with Form Teachers and Subject Teachers. Share observations and recommend intervention strategies. Support teachers in implementing restorative approaches within the classroom. Participate in discussions and conferences involving students, parents, and school personnel when necessary. 📊 Programme Administration Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and session reports. Track programme outcomes and student engagement. Submit progress updates and documentation as required by the school. ✅ Mandatory Skills Restorative Practices Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Student Behaviour Management Conflict Resolution Counselling Techniques Parent Engagement Stakeholder Management Classroom Facilitation Case Documentation Communication Skills ⭐ Preferred Skills Experience working in primary schools Group facilitation and workshop delivery Student mentoring and coaching Behavioural intervention planning Training and capacity building for educators 📋 Requirements Diploma or equivalent qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or a related field. Registered with the Singapore Association of Social Workers (SASW). Minimum 2 years of experience conducting restorative practice or restorative approach programmes. Experience working with children and youth preferred. Ability to engage students, parents, and teachers effectively. Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a school environment. 📅 Working Schedule Fridays: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break) No work required on Saturdays, Sundays, and Singapore gazetted public holidays. 📦 Deliverables Design and delivery of restorative practice programme. Student engagement sessions. Parent consultation and engagement activities. Teacher collaboration and support sessions.
