Financial Transactions: Prepare and distribute customer invoices; accurately record and apply incoming payments to customer accounts daily. Collections: Monitor accounts receivable, identify overdue accounts, and execute timely collection efforts while maintaining customer relationships. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in an accounts receivable or general accounting role Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with accounting software/ERP systems and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) Knowledge: A strong grasp of basic accounting principles and standard AR practices. Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail are mandatory for success in this role. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and confident approach to collections and customer interactions. Organization: Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
