Role We are seeking a strong engineering lead to guide our engineering squads and drive the development of our cutting-edge product. Ideal candidates will have a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality SaaS solutions. This role will work alongside the CTO and manage 15-20 engineers across various squads(Front,Back,QA,AI), the development process and technical stack.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of software engineering experience at a senior level, with at least 2 years experience as a lead
• Ability to relocate to Tokyo, Japan (availability for in-person meetings with our leadership team is required)
• Strong technical expertise in software development, system architecture, and cloud-based solutions
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop talent
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
