We are seeking a dedicated HSE Officer (Welfare) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and maintaining a safe, healthy, and supportive work environment for all employees, with a special focus on their overall welfare and well-being. Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures with a focus on employee welfare Conduct regular HSE inspections and audits to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses, providing detailed reports and recommendations for prevention Design and deliver HSE training programs to enhance employee awareness and promote a safety-first culture Implement and manage employee wellness initiatives and assistance programs Collaborate with management to address HSE concerns and improve workplace conditions Maintain accurate HSE records and prepare comprehensive reports for management review Stay updated on Saudi Arabian labor laws and HSE regulations, ensuring organizational compliance Coordinate with external agencies and government bodies on HSE matters Promote a positive safety culture through various communication channels and engagement activities Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related field Relevant HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) Minimum 12 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably with a FIFA stadiums. In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and standards, particularly in Saudi Arabia Proficiency in HSE management systems and reporting tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Experience in conducting HSE audits, inspections, and investigations Background in implementing wellness programs and employee assistance initiatives Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to changing priorities Strong commitment to promoting a safety-first culture and employee well-being About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
