Romeoville, IL (Greater Chicago Area) Are you a results-driven operations leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Window Nation is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and grow our installation and branch operations in Romeoville, IL, serving the greater Chicago market. In this key leadership role, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of branch operations-from installation execution and customer satisfaction to team development, financial performance, and process improvement. You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on a growing business while helping homeowners transform their homes with industry-leading products and service. This is an onsite leadership position based in our Romeoville, IL office.
