Responsibilities
- Insights & Performance
- Deliver reporting across key DTC metrics including sales, labour , productivity, conversion, and customer experience
- Analyse trends to identify risks, opportunities, and key drivers of performance

- Systems & Data
- Maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and data sources
- Extract and consolidate data from retail, eCommerce, and operational platforms
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data outputs
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline reporting
- Support adoption of new tools and systems

- Familiarity with retail or eCommerce data and systems
- Understanding of key retail metrics such as sales, conversion, and productivity
- Ability to maintain , improve, and streamline reporting processes
- Confidence learning new systems and tools quickly
