JOB SCOPE/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate and manage vocational projects and customer orders Coordinate sales orders, customisation requests, and project timelines with internal teams to ensure projects are translated into structured vocational tasks and completed according to customer requirements, timelines, and quality expectations. Translate operational requirements into vocational learning opportunities Work closely with the vocational team to adapt customer orders and production requirements into training activities that support clients' vocational goals, learning plans, and capability development. Support production planning and workflow coordination Develop work schedules, allocate tasks, monitor production progress, and coordinate logistics across craft and operational sections to ensure efficient execution and timely fulfilment of orders. Guide and support Training Officers in project implementation Coach and provide operational guidance to Training Officers on project requirements, production processes, work standards, and methods of facilitating client participation and skill development. Monitor quality assurance and continuous improvement Conduct regular checks on production output and service delivery standards, identify operational gaps, recommend process improvements, and implement corrective actions where necessary. Manage customer and stakeholder engagement Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, commercial partners, and community stakeholders to maintain positive working relationships, address enquiries, coordinate project requirements, and identify opportunities for future collaboration. Maintain records, reporting, and administrative functions Consolidate sales reports, maintain customer and partner databases, prepare project updates and operational reports, and ensure proper documentation of training outcomes and project deliverables. Support client vocational activities and community-based training Accompany and supervise trainees during off-site vocational training, work attachments, events, functions, customer engagements, or related activities to ensure safety, participation, and achievement of learning objectives. Facilitate resource and inventory coordination Monitor materials, equipment, and inventory required for production and training activities, and coordinate procurement or replenishment to support uninterrupted operations. Contribute to programme development and organisational initiatives Participate in programme planning, service improvements, cross-functional projects, and initiatives that strengthen vocational pathways and enhance client outcomes. Undertake any other duties and responsibilities Perform additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by the organisation in support of operational and strategic objectives. JOB HOLDER'S REQUIREMENT Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline. Relevant experience in delivering life skills, vocational training, and/or coaching for adults with disabilities and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder will be an advantage. Self-motivated and adaptable team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment. Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to apply technical knowledge effectively in programme delivery and operations. Meticulous and organised, with strong observational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital sales systems is advantageous. Knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) will be an added advantage.
