Responsibilities
- Calculate, validate, and process commission payments in accordance with approved sales compensation plans and payout schedules.

- Required Qualifications
- This role requires flexibility to work night shifts to support business operations and collaborate with global teams, including overlap with California business hours (8:00 PM-5:30 AM IST, corresponding to 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Pacific Time)
- Experience in commissions, sales compensation, finance, accounting, revenue operations, sales operations, or business analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review large datasets, identify variances, and resolve discrepancies.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, formulas, and data validation.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and follow-through.
- Ability to communicate clearly with sales representatives, managers, and cross-functional partners.
- Ability to manage deadlines during monthly or quarterly commission cycles while balancing multiple priorities.
- High level of integrity and discretion when working with sensitive compensation data.
Requirements
- Experience with commission administration platforms such as Xactly, CaptivateIQ, SAP Commissions, Anaplan, or similar tools.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Familiarity with sales compensation plan design, quota crediting, bookings, revenue recognition, and commission accounting concepts.
- Experience supporting SOX controls, audit requests, reconciliations, or process documentation.
