We are looking to fill the position of Product Manager to support our continued growth and help shape solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers and the financial services industry. In this role, you'll bring a strong understanding of financial institutions, regulatory requirements, and customer challenges to help drive the development and enhancement of our products and services. We're looking for someone with experience in areas such as Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), compliance practices, and regulatory environments, with the ability to identify industry trends and emerging needs. You'll work closely with internal teams and external customers to understand business challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and help guide solutions that create value for both customers and the organization. You'll bring a strategic mindset, curiosity, and practical experience to help strengthen our offerings and support business growth. Reporting to the Director, Product & Solutions, your key responsibilities include: Bringing expertise in financial services, compliance, and regulatory practices to help inform product strategy and identify emerging market needs. Identifying opportunities for growth, product enhancements, and strategic partnerships based on customer needs, industry trends, and changes in regulatory requirements. Leveraging experience with KYC, AML, and financial institution processes to identify gaps and opportunities and build business cases to support new initiatives. Collaborating across teams and with customers to gather insights, prioritize initiatives, and ensure solutions align with business objectives and market demand. Supporting the delivery of customer-focused products and services that strengthen compliance capabilities and address evolving industry challenges. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor on industry trends, customer needs, and regulatory considerations. This position is ideal for someone who understands the realities of working within financial institutions or highly regulated environments and is motivated by creating solutions that help organizations navigate evolving compliance and risk requirements. Position Requirements: Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Product Management, Business Process Improvement, or a related field - or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of relevant experience with strong understanding of the lending lifecycle, including AML, KYC, due diligence and collateral management. Proven experience managing product portfolios and d elivering end-to-end product or solution implementations. Including defining requirements from concept through to market delivery and ongoing lifecycle management. Strong background in product analysis, strategy, and technology solution deployment. Deep understanding of financial services, fintech, and /or legal industries, with the ability to bring fresh insights and challenge current thinking. Critical think ing to proactively identif y gaps, challenge the status quo, and propose actionable solutions. Leadership capabilities to manage cross-functionally as needed, as well as being a clear communicator - able to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences and align stakeholders. Highly accountable, self-motivated, and driven - able to take full ownership of initiatives with minimal supervision.
