Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a similar Retail Manager or senior retail leadership role, preferably within Retail or Fashion.
- Relevant degree / qualification i.e. Business Management.
- Strong understanding of customer experience, Brand DNA and product-led retailing.
- Demonstrated ability to drive commercial results, including wage management and cost-of-doing-business accountability.
- Experience coaching, developing and inspiring high-performing teams.
- Ability to analyse retail performance data and respond with actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-obsessed, solutions-focused mindset.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams such as VM and Merchandise.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-influencing skills across all levels.
- Proven capability to lead consistent store standards, compliance and risk management.
- Ability to foster a connected, inclusive and motivated team culture.
- Commitment to safety, wellbeing and developing succession within the retail team.
