STORE DIRECTOR (40 Hours, Henry St.)

Responsibilities

• The responsibilities of the Store Directors can be grouped within four main pillars: people , product management , commercial activity and customer experience .
• They will make sure that plannings and rotas are done efficiently on a timely manner and guides and provide feedback regularly to the team to increase their level of performance and will assure that all the admin work is carried out in an active manner.
• Once this is covered, they will be accountable for identifying potential among their collaborators and develop them to create their own talent pool. Deep analysis of the HR indicators will be key to identify improvement areas and make the right actions.
• Store Director will make sure that within every single area of the store, the product is manipulated in a smooth and secure way, always following procedures, regardless of if the product is located on the floor, back areas, fitting room or cashdesk.

• The Store Director will be accountable for all store results as the main leader of the store.

Managing their team appropriately and making the right decisions with the product will be the key to guarantee the best omnichannel experience of our customers.
