Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in the international environment;
- Ability to conduct structured interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and evaluate their fit for the organization;
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods (recruiting for IT/Tech roles would be an advantage);
- Familiarity with social media, sourcing channels, and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter);
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs);
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
