Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers and engineers to transform requirements into engaging product experiences
• Create flows, mockups, and prototypes
• Collaborate with other designers to evolve our brand assets and build out our design system
• Share early and often, gather feedback, and iterate
• Move with passion and urgency to challenge assumptions, drive alignment, and solve problems
• Embrace the opportunity to own decisions, build community, and grow as a designer

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a product designer working on a cross-functional team regularly releasing product features
• Passion for engaging design solutions that utilize game mechanics and emotional design techniques
• Systems thinker, who embraces patterns and thinks end-to-end
• Experience with design systems and inclusive design practices
• Bias towards action, with the ability to move with urgency and focus
• Love of crafting simple solutions to challenging problems
• Team player who believes that the sum is greater than the parts
• LOCATION: San Mateo, CA
• Hybrid schedule visiting our San Mateo, CA office three days a week (Tues-Thurs).
