Job Description Temporary Employee - Non-Exempt Temporary Clinical Research Contracting Support - OCR Legal OCR Legal seeks temporary support to assist with a high-volume clinical research contracting backlog. This temporary role will support the review, drafting, negotiation, tracking, and processing of clinical research-related agreements under the direction of OCR Legal leadership. Primary Responsibilities Assist with first-pass review, drafting, and redlining of clinical research agreements, including CTAs, CDAs/NDAs, amendments, work orders/task orders, DUAs, and other related agreements. Help move agreements toward execution by following up with internal and external stakeholders, performing edits, incorporating comments, and preparing documents for further review or signature. Maintain accurate status updates and documentation in applicable tracking systems and shared files. Support backlog reduction by handling assigned contracting tasks in an organized, timely, and professional manner.
