Responsibilities

Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent and current BLS certification.
- Prior customer service experience in healthcare, hospitality, human services, or another high-interaction environment.
- Ability to work in an active patient care environment that may include prolonged standing, walking, behavioral health crisis response, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Card holder required.
- Preferred:
- Previous experience in behavioral health, psychiatric, acute inpatient mental health, or related healthcare settings.
- Experience providing direct patient care, patient observation, supervision, or therapeutic support in a healthcare or human services environment.
