As the VP of Pharmacy Operations, you will lead end-to-end fulfillment strategy and execution across a multi-site pharmacy network, with full ownership of operational performance, service levels, patient experience, regulatory compliance, and financial outcomes. You will partner closely with leaders across Supply Chain, Tech, Finance, Quality & Safety, Compounding, and Patient Experience teams to build a scalable, efficient, and patient-centric operation. Reporting to the Chief Pharmacy & Logistics Officer, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of pharmacy operations at Ro, driving innovation through automation, regionalization, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings a systems-thinking mindset, strong operational rigor, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead high-performing teams in a complex, regulated environment. This role is embedded onsite, with its primary location at our Romeoville, IL facility, and requires regular travel to other pharmacy sites, including Florida and California. The target base salary for this position ranges from $234,200-$275,500, in addition to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary. Ro recognizes the power of in-person collaboration, while supporting the flexibility to work anywhere in the United States. For our Ro'ers in the tri-state (NY) area, you will join us at HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For those outside of the tri-state area, you will be able to join in-person collaborations throughout the year (i.e., during team on-sites).
