Perform data collection and analysis to evaluate, analyze, design, identify and/or monitor the effectiveness of business function programs and initiatives in the corporate function. Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats. Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions. Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures. Manage requirement changes via a change control process. Identify, communicate and resolve issues and risks as they arise anywhere in the end to end process. Interaction/follow up with our site teams from user stories, test case scenario reviews. Attend daily site team meetings - gather reqs, document findings and put into a document to create a req. for the teams Visio Diagrams and data mining (tea leaf and core metrics are use) to figure how people use it. Bachelor's Degree with 4 years experience 4 years experience in business/systems analysis with a focus on web/internet projects. Strong experience in understanding business performance metrics, business needs and capturing requirements for web application development specifically in eCommerce transactions Experience writing functional requirement specifications, writing use cases, test plans and cases. Experience creating process flow diagrams Awareness of current web technology and tools (e.g. Search tools, Tracking tools, etc.) Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite Previous coding experience is a plus Experience with quality assurance methodology Project management experience Strong facilitation and communication skills; strong attention to detail; strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation and interview skills; strong organizing and planning skills with proven ability to multi-task; analysis and problem solving skills; negotiation skills; ability to work with minimal direction and supervision Strong written and verbal communication skills across business and technical audiences Tea Leaf - good to have (records customer's buying sessions); Nice to have Core Metrics; Nice to have Google Analytics; Nice to have Duration: 6 Months
