For our business, for clients, and for you Regulatory Application Assistant Manager Role Location: Guernsey, Channel Islands Department: Regulatory Applications team - Operations Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time Title : Assistant Manager Role & Key Responsibilities : The primary responsibilities of this position are: C o-ordinating the GFSC application process for all new and existing clients ; L iaising with all key parties in relation to the regulatory application including clients, legal counsel, GFSC , onboarding and compliance ; W orking alongside the onboarding project manager on the onboarding and integration of new c lients in Guernsey ; Key tasks include coordination of client applications, PQ Forms, promotor files and other key deliverables in the process ; P rovide regular status updates to new clients and internal parties and attend w eekly project calls with stakeholders ; Participate in meetings and provide updates to senior management and client services teams on integration projects ; and Assist in develop ing best practices and operating models to enhance the client onboarding experience. Skills r equired for the ideal candidate : G ood knowledge of the funds industry with e xperience of different fund structures and regulatory requirements ; Experience/knowledge of the r egulatory a pplication p rocess in Guernsey ; Experience/knowledge of the various GFSC regulations and applicable laws; S trong attention to detail and excellent communication skills ; Ability to work on their own initiative ; Project management skills ; Knowledge of the GFSC portals; and Excellent communication skills Performance: The ideal candidate will be expected to perform effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and responsible approach to their work. They will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
