Pharmaceutical care is the evaluation, distribution, and monitoring of prescribed therapy which provide positive patient outcomes. Maintains current California Pharmacist license. This position may require flexibility of hours. EDUCATION: Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited school of pharmacy preferred. Diploma or transcripts on highest degree earned required. EXPERIENCE/TRAINING: Two years of experience in a progressive hospital pharmacy practice is preferred. LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: Required: Current unrestricted Registered Pharmacist license (RPH) issued by California State Board of Pharmacy Current Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) issued by American Heart Association
