The Property Procurement Manager is responsible for delivering value-driven procurement strategies across Property Investment, Maintenance, and Statutory Compliance. The role ensures best-in-class commercial practice, performance management of contractors, and strong supplier relationships that support operational excellence, cost efficiency, and sustainability goals. Acting as a trusted commercial partner, the Property Procurement Manager shapes category strategies, oversees competitive sourcing activity, and ensures that all procurement decisions deliver whole-life value, compliance, and alignment with business objectives. As Property Procurement Manager, you will... Develop and implement cost-effective strategies for Property Investment, Maintenance, and Statutory Compliance. Drive innovation, achieve contractual compliance, reduce costs, and support sustainability objectives. Manage tendering initiatives, contractor performance, and contribute high-quality, innovative solutions to the overall Property agenda. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure refurbishment projects and maintenance align with operational needs. Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects. What you'll bring... Experience leading procurement across property, construction, FM, or multi-site environments. Strong commercial acumen and experience managing tenders, supplier selection, and contract negotiations. Skilled in supplier performance management, relationship building, and influencing stakeholders. Strong understanding of statutory compliance, sustainability principles, and environmental considerations.. Excellent financial and analytical skills, including cost modelling and data interpretation.
