We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fullstack Developer to assist in the development of innovative websites and web application platforms for our clients. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the design, coding, and technical strategy that drives our projects forward. As a hands-on expert with a high level of seniority, you will also assist in supporting team members, enforcing the highest standards, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions. Your expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, combined with your strong communication and collaboration skills, will be essential in working with the client and other team members to define technical requirements and project timelines. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ATTRIBUTES Work in fullstack development teams in designing, implementing, and deploying scalable websites and web applications. Be flexible to work on both front-end and back-end systems. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and timelines. Enforce coding standards and best practices. Support code reviews and ensure adherence to software quality standards. Be able to work with agile methodologies. Identify technical risks and provide innovative solutions. Optimize websites and web applications for performance, ensuring fast loading times and efficient resource utilization. Ensure websites and web applications are accessible to all users, adhering to accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG, ADA). REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 4+ years of professional experience in fullstack development Advanced proficiency in: JavaScript, HTML (semantic), CSS (with preprocessors like LESS and SASS) Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.js and/or Vue.js, including component-based architecture, state management, and testing. Proficiency in jQuery for DOM manipulation and event handling. Backend development with Java (preferred), PHP, or Node.js Strong experience with RESTful APIs. Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL). Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system scalability. Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Good communication skills, written and spoken English proficiency. Ability to manage and deliver complex software projects on time. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. NICE TO HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or Bloomreach. Experience with build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or Parcel. Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress). Familiarity with serverless architectures.
