Responsibilities

  • Your main responsibility will be to conduct compliance analysis and enhanced due diligence (including consumer outreach) concerning the patterns and trends associated with money laundering, corruption and other potential risks related with PEP consumers.
  • Another important part of your job duties will be evaluation of risk related with PEP consumers and making the decision for approval/decline.
  • As a PEP Escalations Team member, you would also be expected to work on projects and assist with requirements or enhancements to KYC PEP screening program, proactively identify and escalate issues or suggest improvements.
  • Part of the job duties might also include assisting or leading training and support for new team members.
  • Role Requirements
  • You would be required to have previous experience in AML Compliance field (preferably knowledgeable in Enhanced Due Diligence procedures, Politically Exposed People) as well as strong analytical, data collection, problem-solving and independent decision-making skills.
  • Experience working with Risk/KYC and/or CDD procedures will be considered as an advantage.
  • High consumer focus and strong communication skills are a must for the position.
  • Experience in consumer outreach by phone would be preferred.
  • We expect candidates to have demonstrated proactivity and accountability.
  • Fluency in English language (spoken and written).
  • Also, fluency in additional language (it could be French, Spanish, Italian, German or Japanese language) would be an advantage .
