- Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates with non‑traditional or cross‑disciplinary career backgrounds are welcome
- Several years of experience in transformation or learning and development roles, most preferably in the context of digital transformation in complex, global environments
- Proven ability to moderate and facilitate workshops, team development sessions and trainings
- Deep understanding of core business process landscapes and experience in business process management
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders and diverse teams
- Familiarity with AI-driven learning technologies, digital learning platforms, and analytics for KPI tracking and impact measurement
- Strong PC and digital skills, including proficiency in MS Office 365 and collaboration tools and familiarity with S4/HANA environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages like German are a plus)
