Responsibilities
- Proven experience leading procurement teams, working with business stakeholders to prioritize business needs, identifying and managing Supply Chain and Vendor risks, and driving Vendor accountability and performance

- Vendor Management: Proactively drive vendor accountability through progress meetings, issue management, order management (requisition to payment), risk management practices
- Business Continuity: Leverage existing or new tools/practices to proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks within the Corporate and Technology teams
- Leadership & Team Management: Provide leadership and coaching to a diverse team of procurement professionals, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities, enabling career growth opportunities, and providing support to deliver on key business objectives

- Experience in navigating in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Experience in IT with an understanding of core IT functions, current and emerging technologies would be an asset
- MBA would be an asset
- Supply Management Professional (SCMP) designation would be an asset
