Requirements
- Experience with advanced rendering techniques (PBR, global illumination, ray tracing, real-time effects).
- Prior experience on Web/AR/VR/XR platforms or multi-device interactive applications.
- Expertise in performance profiling, GPU/CPU optimization, memory usage, and bottleneck analysis.
- Familiarity with engine architecture, ECS design, asset pipelines, and tooling for graphic/interactive systems.
- Experience with global teams or distributed engineering organizations.
- MS in Computer Science or related field.
- 5 + years of engineering team management experience, leading teams of ~6-8 engineers in a software/graphics environment.
- Strong background in real-time rendering, graphics pipeline development, or engine development.
- Proficiency in C++ and experience with modern rendering APIs (e.g., DirectX12, Vulkan, Metal) and real-time engines (e.g., Unreal, Unity, or custom).
- Track record of shipping interactive applications or graphics features, with attention to visual quality, performance, and cross-platform support.
- Excellent people-management skills: coaching, mentoring, setting technical direction, building teams.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, working effectively across product, design, and engineering teams.

We're building a Map rendering system that enables rich visuals, high performance, and seamless user experience across Apple and web.
