About the role

As the Growth Manager, you will sit at the intersection of our elite GTM Engineering team and our high-accountability sales culture. You will be responsible for taking our sophisticated AI suite of products to market. You will have the freedom to experiment but the responsibility to measure, iterate, and scale what works.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage the Coram growth engine across conventional channels (Email, Webinars, Physical Events) and digital experiments
  • Work side-by-side with our engineering team to automate lead gen workflows and build custom GTM tools that give us a 10x edge over legacy incumbents
  • Develop structured GTM playbooks for our core industries (Warehousing, Education, and Manufacturing) translating technical AI capabilities into clear value for operational buyers
  • Own full funnel execution by focusing on data from first touchpoint to closed-won, ensuring every marketing dollar is an investment in a repeatable system

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B growth/demand generation, including ownership of pipeline targets, ideally in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment
  • An advanced degree from a reputable organization in a relevant field
  • Experience in writing high-converting copy for a physical security director with the ability to explain the logic of a multi-step automation workflow to engineers or other technical stakeholders
  • Ability to strategically assess various marketing channels on a strategic level (You don't just see a webinar; you see a data-collection opportunity, a content-recycling loop, and a lead-scoring variable)
  • Experience using LLMs and automation tools to 5x your own productivity, and an enthusiasm to build similar AI agents for our marketing stack
  • Enthusiasm for collaborating with engineers and other technical stakeholders
  • Proven experience operating in in high agency, 0 → 1 environments
  • Resilient in challenging and fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Ability to work in an onsite environment
