The Conversions Crew Member is responsible for transforming the arena floor to meet the specific set up requirements of each event. Requirements
- EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- A minimum education level of Highschool Diploma or its equivalency
- Minimum of 3 years' work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Maintain professional and effective working relationships with all employees of the arena
