Conversion Crew

About the role

The Conversions Crew Member is responsible for transforming the arena floor to meet the specific set up requirements of each event. This role is essential to ensuring the venue is prepared in a safe, efficient and timely manner ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Assist with the set up and breakdown of event equipment, flooring, seating and staging per requirements - Safely operate a variety of tools and equipment as required for conversions - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Follow direction from team leads to complete tasks efficiently - Work collaboratively as a team to meet tight deadlines

Requirements

• EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
• A minimum education level of Highschool Diploma or its equivalency
• Minimum of 3 years' work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Maintain professional and effective working relationships with all employees of the arena
